The following are the terms and conditions you agree to when booking services (excursions and rental of sports equipment) through Jistra Adventures (Inspirit sport d.o.o.) website:
CANCELATIONS AND DELAYS
Notification: The provider of the services must be notified about the cancellation by email or telephone.
Refund Schedule:
When the booked services are cancelled by the client, the client is entitled to a refund according to the following schedule:
Cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival: 100% refund.
Cancellation 0-24 hours before arrival: 0% No refund.
Delay or Non-Arrival:
In case of delay or non-arrival by the client at the agreed time, the service provider is not obliged to perform the confirmed service nor return the money.
Our tours and activities will commence as scheduled. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated, and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided. Please plan your journey to arrive on time.
If the customer decides to terminate or abandon the paid service at any time, the service provider is not obliged to return the money.
Provider Cancellations:
In case of cancellation by Jistra Adventures before arrival, we will notify the client as soon as possible. Clients can then accept a new schedule or receive a full refund for the service/trip. Itineraries are subject to change depending on weather conditions or other unpredictable events.
Complaints:
Clients have the right to file a complaint about Jistra Adventures property for the first 15 minutes after the start of the service. All complaints outside the 15-minutes timeframe will not be accepted and all costs will be borne by the customer.
INSURANCE
No previous experience is required for the purchase of our services. Participants are solely responsible for being in adequate health and physical condition to participate in our services, and to have the necessary basic level of fitness corresponding to the reserved activity. Each activity has an indicated planned time of activity and rest time.
Clients are required to be able to swim and behave at sea properly if they attend our water services or excursions which include swimming.
All clients participate at our services at their own risk.
Jistra Adventures provides basic insurance against third parties in the event of accidents or injuries during the execution of our services.
Clients are advised to have additional insurance in case of accidents or injuries.
LOSS AND DAMAGES
We are not responsible for customer’s lost or damaged items.
Any loss or damage to Jistra Adventures property during the trip or rental will be charged to the customer in full amount.
EQUIPMENT RENTAL
The customer is obliged to return the rented equipment by the end of working hours (1 May to 15 June by 6pm and 15 June to 1 September by 7 pm) unless otherwise agreed in advance. Jistra Adventures is not obliged to pick up the equipment after working hours. In such cases the equipment remains with the customer until the next working day at his own risk, while the charge will be applied for additional rental hours.
COMPLAINTS
All complaints can be submitted via email: info@jistra.com. The client will receive a written response within 15 working days.
PRIVACY POLICY
Jistra Adventures is committed to protecting the personal data of customers, by collecting only the necessary, basic information about customers / needed for the purpose of meeting our obligations; informs customers about how to use the collected data, regularly gives customers a choice about the use of their data, including the ability to decide whether to remove their name from the lists used for marketing campaigns. All user data is kept strictly by Jistra Adventures and is available only to employees who need access to this information in order to complete their tasks. All Jistra Adventures employees and business partners are responsible for adhering to the principles of privacy protection.
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT
Currency: All payments will be made in euro (EUR).
Credit Card Charges: The amount charged to your credit card will be in euros (EUR). Depending on your card issuer or bank, there might be a currency conversion fee if your card is not denominated in euros. Please consult with your bank or card issuer for any applicable fees.
Payment Security: WSPay is a secure system for online payment, offering real-time payment processing for credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods. WSPay ensures secure registration and transfer of card data, confirmed by the PCI DSS certificate integrated into WSPay. WSPay uses SSL certificate 256-bit encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol to provide the highest levels of protection during data processing and transfer.
